Johnny faces the board, Tyler gets termites, Dee fights a vampire. All in a day's work!
Thus begins the script writing process for the next Perpetual Workday.
I promise not to talk about this one as much as the others. I feel it builds up hype for nothing.
Also, to those few who caught Death: Defiant in the portal a few days ago, it was a project that I started six years ago, but never completed. Looking back, it really had potential, just not production value. I decided to pull it from the portal ultimately because I feel that people took it to be a representation of my current work. You can still see pieces of it on the TV and in the credits of F.U.: FUXMAS.

Thanks for everyone who supported Perpetual Workday: Tuesday. It wasn't really the resounding success that the first one was, but I am still content. Currently I have no plans to make a third, but that may surface eventually.
I also wanted to let people know that I deleted a few of my earlier works.
Pirates of the Music Industry
White Mage
Nintendo & Square Reunite
Reason being that they were topical at the time they were made (2003) and no longer hold relevance today. Additionally, they were done at a time when I didn't have a grasp on sound syncing, so what you get is a lot of off-track audio.

Perpetual Workday: Tuesday is available for your viewing pleasure, just follow this sentence to your destination.
It's only seven months late from what I originally projected, but I'm fine with it as long as you are. If you haven't seen the original, please humor me.
A few notes:
The file size is much greater than the last. This was to address sound quality complaints that arose in the previous installment. Except for a few clicks and pops (namely Viking Bob) I think things sound excellent.
See if you can snag the Radiohead reference. If you piece it all together, it becomes one of my most clever subtle references ever!
Speaking of that, I try to abide by Newgrounds' wishes to keep away from licensed music, but the Radiohead reference was just too brilliant to pass up. Sorry guys. Even so, it still features seven songs from the Audio Portal.
I'm not sure I'll do any more of these after this one. Believe me, I'd love to, but I just don't have the time for it these days; furthermore, I'm afraid if I do ultimately come back to it, my principle voice actors we'll all be gone. Mostly because I haven't formerly met at least half of the voice staff, including some who aren't even on Newgrounds.
That's not to say it's hopeless. There are several ideas floating around for Perpetual Workday: Humpday, including a nearly completed script that would never work because of length. It may happen, just not for some time.
Thanks everyone for your support!
Also, the original was released on YouTube today by co creator Luke. Check it out.
Finally,
After a year of delays, the next Perpetual Workday is set to come out on November 10!
So no one else submit anything that day. mmKay?

Only three more scenes and then polishing. So we are looking at a roughly mid November release. If it gets out of hand past there then It'll be a January release, because too much great stuff comes out on Newgrounds in December and it'd be good to cap off the year anniversary of the first with the second.
Yeah, I def screwed up.

Johnny Buys String, Tyler Gains Powers, Dee Terrorizes Graphics Dept. All in a day's work!
Thus is the tagline of Perpetual Workday: Tuesday.
I just want to post, so I don't have to do it in flash description later, that the sound quality has not improved much over the last one. There are a few reasons for this:
1) My dialogue was recorded the same time as the original at the radio station my wife worked at. Unfortunately she no longer works there and I am not able to go back and rerecord my lines with the same quality. A lot of the lines in this part I rushed through, and should be redone; however, there is a noticeable difference in the quality shift.
2) Everyone else voice work is recorded by means outside of my control. In fact, The remained of the lines were recorded in four different places that I know of. Moose's are the best sounding, but of course he is a professional at this type of stuff. The next series I do will consist of %100 Newgrounds based voice actors.
That's enough griping for now. The purpose of this post is to later link this to any flash review that complains about the sound quality. Nothing I can do. Sorry.

Perpetual update: Things are running smoothly. At this rate we are looking at an October release. I hate to release something not Halloween related in October, but I think we can pull it off. Official release date will come in the next post.
Here's more Auto Tune the News and a screen cap.

First unrelated things to get your attention. This has got to be the funniest damn thing ever!
Typically I ramble on about certain projects until I lose interest and move on to something else. Not the case with Perpetual Workday: Tuesday. Now that production has started, it moves along at a steady pace.
Now that production time can be gauged, I would project the release date sometime between October 3 and November 20. October seems to be a busy month here, what with the highly fought over Halloween contest, but historically October has been my strongest release month.

Below is teaser wallpaper to the next episode. Do you feel adequately teased?

Finally getting some work done on Perpetual Workday: Tuesday. I was waiting for Viking Bob's lines to come in before I really got started - as Viking Bob opens the episode. I've got to tell you, I wrote his lines in March and got the recorded product back this week. Between that time, I had forgotten what I wrote and thought he was ad-libbing. I laughed my ass off. Then I discovered that what he read was actually what I wrote. That's a good sign that this will be a funny episode.
As of right now, I'm putting all other projects on hold, including Patchwork Redemption. Anybody that I contacted on that project, hold tight. I may get to it soon and/or I may never get to it. If I don't, I'm sorry.
I may add mouth movement to the PW characters this time around. What does everyone think? Should they have mouths or should it be like the original PW where there is nothing?

I apologize for gap between posts but I've been working my rear off with freelance projects and such. In two weeks my time should be opening up.
First order of business - Perpetual Workday - Tuesday. Mostly I've been waiting on the rest of the voices to get recorded. This is hard for me to accomplish because I have never met half the people I'm waiting on. I've been told it will be done soon though so here's hoping. I'd like to get something out on that by November.
Second - I didn't get anything promising on Patchwork Redemption so I'm going to shelve that for a while. Also, there's some holes in the plot that I couldn't work out. But
Third - I am considering doing something in the same vein, just with humor as that is something that I can never seem to get past. One of these days, but for now, the funny.
k bye
