Smokes

Posted by rockymike Apr. 17, 2008 @ 7:41 PM EDT

Hello Newgrounds!

It's been a little while, mostly because I've been busting my arse with work and such. You know, projects that I get paid for.

Anyways, I am pleased to presnt to everyone Smokes, which has been on my back burner for almost a year. I came up with this idea when I was working overnights at a gas station. I started working on this for a week or so before getting a job at the Moorefield Examiner, a newspaper in which I am a graphic designer for.

Things are going well now. Since this is out of the way I can turn my attention to brushing up the first two chapters of the F.U.3 saga, which may or may not ever be entirely completed. If not, I'll make the script available to you in some shape or form.

Looked pretty nice to me. ANd it is a good change from the usual series as well. About the subject, how is FU3 going? It's been a long time since I've heard anything of it.

I've mostly been avoiding the subject I guess.

I still plan to release the first two parts on December 16. After that I'll have to plan for something else. I've been waiting for months for Luke to finish a vital part to complete the first two chapters. I think he'll get it done by then, but I doubt he'll ever get to the stuff he needs in order to complete the remaining parts. I'm thinking of doing the rest of them with a sort of "Broken Saints" graphic novel approach. That may be the only way I can finish them. Because all the audio is complete and that aspect of it is hilarious so I'd hate to discard any of it.

That being said, I hope to finish all that this summer. As of May 17 I'll be back down to one job (the reason I haven't been getting anything done) and I hope everything will be in full swing from there.

I've also been toying with the idea of doing a remake of the original F.U. with updated art so that may cut into some of the time as well.

Graphic novel may just work. Expecially accompanied with audio it really might. I've seen some stuff like that, some good stuff too. Well good luck anyway, don't push yourselves too hard.
