Never wrestle in the mud with a pig. You'll get filthy and the pig will enjoy it.

So I consider F.U.3 a success and a failure all at the same time. On one hand it was overlooked entirely by the NG community as a whole. On the other hand, that made the reviews all the sweeter, seeing as how only the fans got to really see it. That makes me happy; however, it may take me a while to really get back to working on the remaining parts. Even the screening in Fairmont wasn't that well attended. There were a lot of people there, but no one came in to the room when it was time for the movie to start. It was a huge blow to the future of this project. Anyways, I'll let fate decide what will happen with it. For now I've got other things brewing.

Perpetual Workday. Episodes 1 and 2 are in the works. After working with the complex character models that we created for F.U., Luke and I decided it was time to do something simple, yet fun. After discussing the setting I wrote a pilot episode and the episode following it. I have to tell you, the second episode is probably the best script I've ever written, beating my old favorite of Antiheroes.

Anyways, things are in development now. The hardest part will actually be rounding up the voice talent. The cast has been filled, it's just a matter of getting everyone to sit down and record their lines.

If all goes well, I'd like to have the first episode out by the first of the year. With the second episode out in the early spring. That's all I have for now.

Below is a picture of the main cast. They are, from left, Barry Forugo, Ivan Ronman, Jennifer Sing, Viking Bob from Human Resources, Dee Von Zecks, Tyler Bareese and Johnny Scooter.

I will tell you more about the story and setting in the coming weeks.

As a trivial sidebar to this, I asked EgoRaptor if he would voice Viking Bob. He declined, obviously protecting his street cred. I've got a pretty good fill in for him though. He'll do the job just as well.
