[Final Fantasy Slevin]

I Laughed hard, and that just never happens.

Very rarely do I laugh out loud at flash vidoes. This was one of those times. It was like...Final Fantasy VII meets Arfenhouse. I loved it and I hope other people share this sentiment. The randomness of it was sharp and I found the voice acting hilarious (I think the poor audio quality made it funnier) your drawings were crude, but I think that added to the humor as well. A few years ago I thought about making something similar but wasn't up to the challenge of drawing Midgar. I give A for effort to anyone who makes that attempt, not that you didn't already deserve it. It was wonderful, just wonderful.

You animation students...you always know how to one-up the average tween-heavy flash artist (like me). Good job. Love the style and the choice of colors and music.

[Throwback the Duck Ep. 1A]

Good, but room for improvement.

This flash is good, but if not for the outstanding artwork, I don't think it could stand on its own two feet. The pacing is too slow and the voice acting leaves something to be desired. Throwback sounds like he's doing his best William Shatner impersonation, and I couldn't understand a word the bird thing was saying. I like where the story is going though and I don't know why you had to break it into two parts (the combined filesize was small enough to fit in one submission (unless you hit the frame limit)).
Anyhow, in conclusion, It's a good series, just needs some of the fat cut out of it. I'm sure it'll be a little easier to do in future episodes as you are still trying to introduce characters and plot elements. I'm sorry if this seems too harsh, that's just some of the thoughts I had while watching. Don't get me wrong, I'll watch every episode you throw at us.

A new classic!

Just a great, all-around video. Deserves to rank as one of the best. Finding the secrets was fun (though I turned off the sound so I wouldn't have to keep hearing the song). The secret clip was also worth the 15 minutes of looking for secrets. In looking for the secrets I became astounded at the amount of detail and hidden jokes that were everywhere. You really put your heart into it (lol, pun) and I'm glad the results were well worth the effort.

That song was better than...well...all mainstream music. The video was very well designed and directed. I think you all should collaborate more often. You've both got a pretty good knack for this.

I think gabrielX missed the point. Anyhow, that was a creative way to cast. I'd help but I can barely stand my voice in my own videos. Good idea though. Your story seems interesting and your animation seems fluent. I think you've got a winner in the making.

Good Animation

I liked it but your backgrounds needed to be cleaned up badly. There were several places where you left a ton of white space open around the edges. The animation was smooth, which was its strong point. Another thing is that your audio needed to be optimized, that will decrease your filesize greatly.

That was just crazy good - and for a music video it was never repetitive. You must've spent quite a while on it. And this is your first flash video? Amazing.
